I know that I haven't blogged for awhile, and my new blog should start out telling you how wonderful things have been. How much they have grown. What cute things Connor has done recently!! But no!!! Our house is too full of science fair mayhem!!
First Britton comes home and says he needs to do one. He spends a Saturday finding out which one he wants to do (that mom is willing to have take place in her home, aka NO VOLCANO!!). So he finally decides.
Oh yeah, Monte has never done a science fair project. He lived in Germany and there they don't do them. So the only experience in this that he has is by looking it up on the Internet. So much for pawning it off on him! So its science fair project or move to Germany!!
Two days later Chandler comes home. He has a science project also. I am no dummy. I am not doing 2 different ones!! So I informed Chandler I have a great idea for a project!!! Britton's!!
So last Saturday our kitchen temporarily turned into a laboratory. By the way, iodine stains!!!
Britton stirring the starch solution.
Oh yeah in case you are interested. Oranges have more Vitamin C than grapefruit, lemons or limes. And Vitamin C is helpful in many areas not just scurvy and helping you from catching a cold. Hip Hip Hurray for science. Now to go bleach my counter tops.
* Oh yeah Syd is cute and Connor is funny. BLAH!! BLAH !!BLAH!!
Now comes the tri-fold boards!!!

Funny! I love it that you have kids older than mine because you know I will be calling you when my kids have science projects to do.
We haven't had to do any of those yet, so I know who to call in case we do have one!! Did those stains come out?
Sharing a project? Now that's a genius idea I've never thought of before, but with kids at different schools it totally works!
